Model Initialization for a Known Location

This form requires that you have the geographic coordinates for the point of interest. These are input as decimal degrees (west longitudes are assumed). We have other forms that will convert from degrees, minutes and seconds, convert from UTM coordinates or convert from township, range and section. You may also use a Graphical Locater map of Montana with roads or a map of Montana with HUC lines to find your coordinates. On the result page from either of these maps you may zoom or switch to a more detailed HUC map to further refine your position coordinates.
