This program searches the national wild fish health database,
and maps the results based on the options that you choose (below).
The first fish-pathogen combination chosen will be displayed as points on the maps.
The second fish-pathogen combination chosen will be displayed as circles on the maps.
Instructions: Select a beginning and ending dates (inclusive), the data sources,
the fish species and the pathogen(s) and then press submit.

To Select items using Microsoft Windows:
Highlight a single item by moving the mouse to that item and pressing the Left Mouse button.
Highlight a block of items by clicking on the first item, then move
the mouse to the last item and press Shift + Left Mouse Button.
Highlight multiple separate items with Ctrl + Left Mouse Button, for each item.
