Whirling Disease Database Query

This program searches the Whirling Disease Databases and maps the results based on the options that you choose below.

Instructions:

Select a beginning date and ending date (inclusive), the fish species and the mapping options, and then press submit.

To Select items using Microsoft Windows:
Highlight a single item by moving the mouse to that item and pressing the Left Mouse button.
Highlight a block of items by clicking on the first item, then move the mouse to the last item and press Shift + Left Mouse Button.
Highlight multiple separate items with Ctrl + Left Mouse Button, for each item.
